All cancellations and refund requests will be handled strictly as per the policy stated below.

Please ensure that all such requests are made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations, refunds, or order modifications will not be entertained under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made on the delivery date once the order is already in progress.
  • Perishable items after they have been prepared.
  • Same-day orders, as preparation begins immediately after confirmation
  • Orders including perishable goods that have already been produced.
  • Customized items once the personalization process has started.
  • Orders placed during peak occasions, as these are processed 3–4 days prior to dispatch

Once we receive your request for cancellation or changes, a confirmation will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 12 to 15 working days from the date we receive your cancellation request.

Please note that Send Gift Today holds no responsibility for orders that are refused by the recipient. In such cases, no refund will be applicable.
