Flowers are perishable items, and all arrangements are prepared fresh just before delivery. Their freshness and longevity may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, environmental exposure, and delivery distance. While we ensure the highest quality, natural variations may occur.

Substitution Policy

We strive to create all products exactly as shown and described. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of specific flowers, we reserve the right to substitute with similar flowers. Any substitution will be made carefully to maintain the overall look, color theme, and style of the arrangement.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery is applicable on orders above Rs. 2500. We generally offer free delivery within standard service areas. However, for deliveries to locations such as Bahria Town or areas located approximately 25–30 km away, additional delivery charges may apply depending on the distance.

Delivery Slots:

We aim to deliver same-day orders within your chosen time frame, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed. Our team always makes every effort to deliver as close to your selected slot as possible. All orders are prepared and delivered on the chosen date, unless affected by unexpected situations.

Orders are handled in the order they are received. Any order placed after 5:00 PM may not qualify for same-day delivery and will be scheduled for the next working day. If you need urgent delivery after this time, please reach out to us on WhatsApp for assistance.

Greeting Card Policy

One complimentary greeting card is complimentary with each order.

Cancellations & Refunds

Requests for order cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances. As flowers are perishable items, orders that have already been prepared and dispatched are not eligible for refunds.
